Nice hotel in a perfect central location. Rooms are clean, the staff is very friendly and the breakfast is nice (very good Cappuccino!). I especially appreciate that I was given a different, bigger room after I complained about the noise coming from outside the room - at no additional cost.
I had a fantastic stay at Batumi World Palace Hotel! The hospitality was top-notch, and every detail was carefully attended to, making it feel like a home away from home. Can’t wait to visit again!
Plus - First hotel we've stayed that has a blanket. The room size generous. We found the room tired. The bed was acceptable, but not good. The bathroom needs a makeover to take it from 2 stars (poor lighting, shower splashes onto floor, water warm instead of hot). There was no pull out cord to hang washed smalls. The refrigerator doesn't make drinks cold. The bed lights don't work properly. The breakfast isn’t oriented towards westerner diet.
