Batıhan Vadi Hotel

We had the opportunity to stay at both the hotel and the villa. Both were very nice. We were very pleased with the service quality and location. The staff were very polite and attentive. A corporate culture has been established.

We come for dinner with high expectations. Nor enough staff to attend the tables . A number of people got their mains and others were left waiting , side orders were missed . Soup was very cold when served. We understand we were a large table , when the reservation was taken they would have known this. Despite reading the menu and trying to order from the menu several items were commented to be unavailable. A disappointing evening which was meant to be a lovely friend & family meal.

The service was apollling very slow poor no waiters to be seen only 1 server for 16 people . starters and main course were cold missing and came out at different times no one ate together. Overrated beautiful hotel did not get to sit in the green river area as expected booked our reservation. Sat looking at the wall the whole experience was distasteful . They took the money instead of looking after there continued guests . I have supported the bati vadi since they have opened very upsetting big let down very disappointing .
