A great hotel and the staff is really amazing... great location as it's so close to the beach, shopping area, restaurants, massages... The customer service at this hotel is absolutely fantastic from the front desk to the cooking staff at the restaurant... We really liked the pool. Free towel, good breakfast. Best value for money. Very family friendly... I would highly recommend it 👌

The inner rooms are much quieter and more relaxing. The location is definitely a strong point. It’s close to the beach, shopping centers, and restaurants, so getting around is really easy. The staff were polite and respectful throughout the stay. Anytime there was a small issue or question, they were quick to help and always had a good attitude. Overall, it’s a solid option if you’re looking for a convenient and comfortable place in Patong without spending too much.
