THIS HOTEL ROCKS!!! The service is 10 stars, everyone here is AMAZING. Our room unfortunately had AC issues but they sent so many techs out to get it fixed. If you’re in Gramado, definitely stay here. Also, you get free champagne! The breakfast was SO good. There were SO many options. And the amenities were WONDERFUL! Thank you Bavária for the amazing service and hospitality. I did not want to leave! Obrigada gente linda!!!
One of our favourite hotels. The outdoor pool is great, both heated and unheated in the most perfect setting. The staff are wonderful and everything feels very relaxed. The breakfast is 10/10 and the rooms are very clean and comfortable.
Awesome sports facilities. We enjoyed playing tennis every day here. The staff and breakfast were great!
