Bay Beach Resort Jomtien

The staff were friendly and polite. However, I requested room cleaning but no one came, even though I had informed them earlier. The parking situation was inconvenient — it was full, possibly due to the long holiday weekend. So when we returned from sightseeing in Pattaya, there was no space left. We had to park on the next soi, which didn’t feel very safe. On the bright side, the room was really nice — it had a great view and a relaxing vibe. Overall, it’s a good place to stay, but the hotel should improve parking management and housekeeping service.

Clean room. Good maintenance of facilities. Bad view. They gave us city view when they have lots of empty sea view rooms. Other hotels gave us upgrades. Won’t let you check in before 2. Have to give 1000 baht deposit. Understandable since there are probably lots of bad Indian and chinese tourists. Breakfast was subpar. nothing special. Swimming pool is great. Lobby is very nice. I won’t come back because there’s too many chinese and Indian tourists at this hotel tho.

The worst hotel I ever stayed in Thailand, the room smells so so so bad even I requested to change a room, and I can hear every slight sound from outside, the walls are paper-thin. No joke, I can’t fall asleep at all all night. Also, the room service is bad too.
