Bay Nihat Lale Otel

The hotel's location is excellent, opening onto Cunda's liveliest and most enjoyable streets. Despite this, we slept very comfortably, as the windows remained silent when the room was closed. Our room was spacious, bright, and spotlessly clean. From the front desk to the kitchen, everyone was friendly and welcoming. If we ever return to Cunda, we would definitely stay here again. Big rooms, tidy and clean rooms. There is only one problem, our reserved room is delivered 1 hour late from the promised time. Except this unlucky situation, everything was good

To begin with, lots of pics uploaded by the owner are MISLEADING: the hotel is not by the sea, there is no sea view from any of the rooms, your breakfast is not served by the sea: the photos depicting the sea are from a restaurant owned by the same person, that's all. The hotel itself is located in a tiny, picturesque alley some 200 meters from the sea, it is a one storey, 9-rooms boutique hotel attended by a kind staff who makes efforts and does his best in order to please you, a very tasty and rich breakfast is served. It is a real pity that despite you can see the hotel was fully refurbished several years ago, and that the rooms are large and comfortable, there is an urgent need for maintenance: rust and deep scratches in the bath tube, lights and fridge not functioning, the safe unavailable "because the last costumer left it locked" (same story with several rooms), the head of the douche will annoyingly slip down the pole throughout your whole shower, and other small things which could be easily fixed in such a tiny hotel with more dedication and care. Still our stay here was pleasant, and at least off-season (beginning of April) the hotel offered excellent value for money.
