Booked a room at this Bay Resort, very different from the pictures advertised, the rooms are quite old with a musky smell and not very well maintained. Quite small and ok for solo or couples, not for families. The only good thing is that it was beside many convenient shops and restaurants beside the beach.
Don't even stay at Bay Resort especially the unit operated by Everment. Only showed good picture before approaching us to change the unit. Never show the problematic areas to the customer. Bath room having water flow issue. Only one toilet is usable. The floor is broken and dangerous for the family having a kids to stay there.
RUDE SWIMMING POOL STAFF! The swimming pool staff, was way too rude to us. She (the rude staff) chased us out and scold us for not wearing the right attire. Was very ashamed as they were many people in the swimming pool area. She said “ini reject” “ini tak boleh” “kalau sawan macam manaa” brooo even if you wear the right swimsuit also can sawan bahh! She (the rude pool staff) can always choose to talk nicely and I am sure the rating of this hotel would increase tremendously of the location.
