Bay Tree Beach Side

We stayed (at the Islamorada) for three days and had an amazing time. Right across from the beach, super clean facility and room. Loved the share room, it had things we could use like bikes beach chairs boogie boards, they just asked that we cleaned off the items before putting away. They do have a lot of rules to follow but it was well worth it. Down side: the washer dyer, it was awesome to have the coin washer and dryer, but they were so dated that we had to dry our clothes three times. Over all I would absolutely recommend it.

Hands down, best vacation home we’ve ever stayed in. So beautifully decorated and well maintained. Very clean. No issues with this home at all. We will definitely return. PLEASE GOOGLE HOME TO SEE PHOTOS. A LOT OF THESE POSTED ARE NOT THE CORRECT HOUSE. Thank you

We stayed at the Sandpiper unit at the Jamaica Royal complex, 5830 Midnight Pass Rd., Unit #23. A beautiful location on the Gulf side a few hundred steps through the a beautiful courtyard with 3 pools that leads directly onto Siesta Key Beach and a 5 minute drive to Siesta Key Village. Washer and Dryer were in a very convenient location right next door to our unit. Everything, except for a Publix Supermarket, you need is right there on the Key. Owners provided a "Welcome Basket" with some goodies and wine, a very nice touch. Bed was super comfortable, bathroom a bit small but adequate, well-equipped condo including all the accessories you need for a day on the beach. Only negative was insects in the kitchen area, small brown bugs not sure what kind. We called the office and they had someone come out and spray twice which helped but didn't entirely abate the problem. We felt we could have made better use of the kitchen were it not for this so we just ate out a bit more than we had planned.
