Bay Tree Hotel

Lovely place to stay, good location. Friendly down to Earth staff. Great breakfast. Room was lovely (bed a little too small - a me problem used to a long size bed) and extractor fan noisy but overall a lovely stay. Breakfast amazing. Other guest lovely. Would stay again if only it wasn't closing 😪

Arrived early but had no problem getting in our room, very clean great bed, marvellous wet room very pleased with facilities, the guys were wonderful. breakfast was a good standard with loads of choice. Plenty of off road private parking, High on the cliffs had fantastic view and Broadstairs only ten mins walk because of the time of year some shops were not open (early march ) but plenty of good places to eat. Only stayed for the weekend, but the hosts were fantastic. Rooms were clean and modern. We had a great view of the bay and cliffs. The ground floor was tastefully decorated and had quite a collection of Harry Potter memorabilia. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. I would recommend the scrambled egg (soft). Whilst there we met some people in the lounge who had been given refuge by the hosts after their car had broken down and were waiting for recovery and they also could charge their phones. Very gracious hosts. We also met some of the actual guests who were also really friendly and interesting. Definitely going back and hopefully for longer next time.
