The hotel is generous with its guests. Room amenities are superb. Bathroom is marvelous. Location depends where is the business a guest pursuing. Location suited me perfectly. Although my entire experience with the hotel was great, there was a lounge beside the hotel kept its drums beaten till late and that was very annoying to me. I may suggest to the hotel to make the rooms doors better audio proof as I can hear any noise in the corridor.
Nice hotel, amazing gym, good food, comfortable rooms, and great staff. I would recommend Salem, is amazing and is always ready to help make you feel as though at you are home. Emad and Ernesto, always professional and a joy to work with. Abdulaziz, Bander, Fawaz are extremely helpful and make every interaction a pleasure.
First impression, there was no soup in the bathroom, then I tried the coffee machine is not working but they fixed it fast. Other than that, everything was great. Moreover, there was no view, neither window.
