Great hotel, very bad management!!! I made a reservation for 2 rooms for 3 people 10 days ago. I came to Antepe from Istanbul for gastronomy purposes with my wife and a mutual female friend. When I arrived at the hotel, the person working at the reception said that the reservations were not written in the book, the other employee might have forgotten and he only had one room left. While we were waiting for a solution proposal, he said that He also said that they could put a bed in the room if you wanted. Let's all 3 of us sleep in one bed. The receptionist did not experience any embarrassment. There was a comfort as if we had met many times before. Later that night, when another customer said that he would come, I said give them their room, then. We settled in the hotel. It would be better if the reception works on the computer, not like a grocery book. Also, receptionist friends should be trained on customer relations. What does it mean to be a huge disrespect? Stay in the same room. Additionally, no information was given that breakfast was not included. We paid extra for breakfast. But the breakfast was very good. The restaurant staff were very polite and helpful. Is there any renovation work going on early in the morning on a Sunday? I woke up early in the morning on Sunday with the sound of renovation work. Thank God, there is security at the hotel, which somehow speeds up the work. If you want to sleep after 7 or before 11:30, I recommend you not to go. . Pros: Hotel location Design and cleanliness of the room bed comfort Cons: Reception conducted with grocery book Receptionist below zero in customer relations noisy environment
