BayInn Hotel

A very excellent hotel. The location is wonderful in Jounieh. Everything was close to us. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were more than wonderful, especially the reception and service staff, who took excellent care of us and our comfort. Any comment we had was taken into consideration immediately We are satisfied and the prices are very acceptable the rooftop on sunset is magical It is the first time I travel to Lebanon, but not the last, and I choose this hotel every time I’ll come to Lebanon a big thanks to the hotel management and staff who made our stay excellent

Nice hotel, service and reception are poor (communication and manners)can be enhanced, the rooms were clean, lots of noises from the generator from one side of the hotel, but after a quick chat 🙂 with the receptionist he changed our room for a better one. Overall experience but not likely to visit again

Such an unprofessional receptionist. He watches your guest on cameras, than calls your room to confirm if the guest is at your room, than gets to your room to check if you are two persons or three. OMG such an unprofessional, zero customer focused, zero behavioral treatment, zero know to how. Train your staff
