There are no words to describe what an amazing experience we had at this hotel! This is the third time we visit it.24-hour service and attention to detail, luxurious and modern decor, as well as private swimming pools , great quality of food offered are some of the pros of visiting this hotel. Believe me, once you step in your villa you won't be willing to step out 😁we have never experienced such a relaxing and luxurious environment in any other 5 star hotel. It is indeed Ultra All Inclusive, as not only you get unlimited food and drinks any time you want but also of premium quality. What also stands out is the staff. Everyone working there are so kind, professional and doing their best to meet your needs. For example, i had a late evening flight back home and they offered me a late check out which is much appreciated since the weather was too hot. On my first day, Ms. Anna welcomed me warmly and made me feel right at home. She is highly knowledgeable and left a fantastic impression. Special thanks to Mr. Enes who truly made my stay a wonderful experience. He was the perfect host – extremely friendly,kind, attentive, and professional. I would also like to thank Mr. Osman, working in the restaurant 'Weik',who recommended some dishes that turned out to be the most delightful dinners I had during my stay. Dont think twice, just book this hotel and you won't regret it!

We flew here in winter to celebrate the New Year 🎄 and relax. We were very surprised how beautiful and big the villa was. We really liked the house where we lived. 👍The service and service are at the highest level and they always communicated in a friendly manner and immediately resolved any requests, it was always clean and tidy. We really liked the food and drinks, it was very tasty and always fresh food. The bed is very comfortable and it was very good to sleep. We highly recommend this hotel. We will come here again. ☺️🌺
