Bayphere Hotel Pattaya JC

We stayed two nights, Sat-Mon, and are very pleased. Good service, very clean and tidy hotel. The comments mentioning renovation and no elevators are two months before, so I guess we arrived when everything was finished. Great breakfast, specially weekends. Great price so I can olnly recommend and I will sure be back!

Wonderful from start to finish. The rooms are a tad small but well equipped and functional. The daily cleaning staff are so lovely and happy. Breakfast is amazing! Close first place in Thailand. The rooftop pool is a little chilly. I think they cool it but it does take your breath away and shrinks the anatomy! Overall though, great value, great service and highly recommended.

Not Quite the 5-Star Experience I Hoped For I arrived excited, but check-in was delayed by over 2 hours. I’m sure the cleaning team was doing their best—just wish someone had said sorry, or at least acknowledged it. Parking was another surprise. No roof, no umbrella service, and not enough space near the hotel. Ended up walking in the rain from a far-off lot. Maybe that’s part of the charm? Found a cockroach in my room. I guess they assumed I didn’t mind sharing. The room itself was… compact. Let’s say it makes excellent use of space. No one offered help with luggage, but I now know I can handle suitcases by myself. So that’s a win. All in all, I wanted to love this place. But honestly, 3 stars is the best I can do.
