The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient for exploring the area. The view from the room was beautiful, and breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay here again! The staff worker Nathan helped us so much throughout our stay and i would like to thank him!

Bayview Hotel enjoys a good location in Kuah, close to shops, restaurants, and laundry services. Though a little vintage, the room was spacious, clean, and had excellent air conditioning. Room service is available, and the hotel offers a range of facilities including a clean 120-meter-deep pool on the 4th floor, a spa, and a bar. Breakfast was varied and suitable for different tastes. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall, I was happy with my stay at Bayview.

The property is very old and has not been renovated for a long time. The furniture is extremely outdated. Although it is listed as a 4-star hotel, I would rate it between 2 and 3 stars at most, based on the facilities, overall condition, and furnishings. The carpets and beds are very old, with the carpets appearing unclean and excessively worn beyond their normal lifespan. I would not recommend staying here again. Additionally, the food quality does not meet the standards expected from a continental hotel. The only good things are location, swimming pool and SPA center. The amount is high when you see the hotel facility overall.
