BB Angkor Green Resort

The excellent Resort in Siem reap of Cambodia. We love this resort because the beautiful swimming pool. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were beautifully decorated in a modern style, with Cambodian traditional woodwork used throughout. My kids loved it here in a quiet and peaceful place away from the madness of downtown Siem Reap.

Great room and amazing pool. Staff was nice. They aren't stocked up on necessities. If you're going there for the room and pool, it's a great place! But if you're going there for food also, I would go somewhere else. But the managers are very accommodating in letting us have a birthday party there!

I had a very bad experience with this hotel. My booking was confirmed a month ago before arrival. Then, I receive an email from hotel a day before my arrival saying that they are closing on 1st January. They offered me a refund or move our stay to another hotel. Since I was on the way to Siem Reap with family, I had to take their offer for an alternate hotel. They gave me a 3 star hotel as an alternate. It was very old hotel and we could hear water flushing noises in our room from the upper floor. I contacted BB Angkor Green Resort and asked for refund for remaining stay. They agreed and I moved out next day. BB Green hotel stoped responding to my messages. I had to go there and speak to the manager. They finally refunded money but charged me almost 100 USD for one night at at 3 star hotel. I had no choice but to take this offer. My question is if you were aware you were going to close in January, why would you take bookings, send booking confirmations and send room unavailability notice at last moment? How can you change for a five star accommodation and provide an alternative old 3 star hotel as replacement? Why can't you offer same grade hotel as an alternate? Don’t think people are stupid. Avoid this hotel if you don't want to ruin your holidays.
