Rooms were clean and big compared to the other European Motels. Complete needed amenities. Toilet is separate from the shower/bath tub. The not best thing about this hotel is the free breakfast. They don't have staff to refill food and drinks. Seating places are not enough, especially when you have multiple tours in the motel. Lastly, we had an incident when we came back. The door was not totally closed (not locked). Good thing nothing was lost.

This was one of the hotels we stayed at during our Europe trip with a tour group, and unfortunately, it was the most disappointing of all. Our first impression upon arrival wasn’t great. Right across the street from the hotel was an overpass where trash and belongings of homeless people were scattered around. It was not surprising when our tour manager advised us not to go out at night unless absolutely necessary due to safety concerns. To be fair, the room itself was clean, but the bathroom toiletries were not restocked—there was no shampoo refill, which was a basic expectation. The worst part of our two-night stay was the air conditioning. Though we could hear it running, the room stayed uncomfortably warm throughout, making it hard to get any rest. On top of that, the Wi-Fi had no signal, and even after we reported it to the front desk, nothing was done to resolve the issue during our entire stay. The only saving grace was the breakfast buffet. The food was good, with a wide variety of options that we actually enjoyed. Aside from that, our stay was largely a nightmare, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone unless major improvements are made in both service and maintenance

Terrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs!!! If I could give zero stars, I would! Do not be deceived by any positive reviews; this hotel is a nightmare. My room was entered despite the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door and several items were stolen, including shopping bags, clothing and toiletries believe it or not! The security staff and manager were unhelpful and rude, even threatening my friend when she expressed her distress over her stolen belongings. We only recovered some of our items after my friend noticed our designer shopping bags in the security room. The hotel offered no assistance, no apology, and showed a complete lack of concern. They simply told us to file a complaint, even though we were leaving that day. Save yourself the trouble and stay elsewhere.
