This hotel is awful. The room was incredibly hot, the a/c was completely useless and did not work. Our room was also full of mosquitoes, making for an incredibly unpleasant night. The area surrounding the hotel is grim. I wouldn’t recommend it if you are travelling on foot as it’s not a pedestrian friendly area. There are a few nearby restaurants but nothing spectacular. The staff were curt and unfriendly. At breakfast, I asked if they served drinks - having seen that coffee had been made for others - yet I was pointed to the tea and juice station??? The food was adequate, nothing spectacular. The eggs were awful. How on earth this place is labelled a ‘4 star’ hotel is completely beyond me. Please don’t stay here, pay more and stay some place else.
Poor. Incredibly hot room with non-functional AC. Was bitten so thoroughly by mosquitoes that I was covered in painful bites for days afterwards. Inconvenient location - extremely dangerous to navigate without a car, as nearby roads lack proper crossings. Worst night's sleep I've had in a very long time unfortunately.
Air conditioning never works. The room was very hot. I asked the staff that my AC isn’t working, answer: we know it. 😂 Choose JR hotel or star Hotel Vespucci instead.
