B&B Hotel Firenze Laurus Al Duomo

Our group of eight had a wonderful stay at B&B Hotel Laurus al Duomo. From the moment we arrived—early, no less—the reception staff was incredibly welcoming. Although none of our rooms were ready at first, the hotel kindly stored our luggage so we could start exploring Florence right away. When we returned, three out of the four rooms were ready, which allowed us to settle in and continue with our plans. Soon after, all rooms became available. Each room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to access all the key sights in Florence. The communication from the staff was excellent throughout our stay. They were friendly, responsive, and accommodating, which made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. This hotel is especially great for larger groups—we felt very well taken care of. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!

I loved staying in the hotel, being gluten and dairy intolerant, I wasn't sure how easy it would be for them to accommodate me for breakfast. They were able to offer range of gluten free snacks and bread! I was so happy! The terrace was relaxing to start our days of exploring. The location was perfect, in the center of the city. The staff were so helpful! I emailed to arrange a bottle of wine to be purchased as a surprise for my new husband and they offered us one for free!! We loved our stay and would choose this chain again!

Larissa and Mateo were the best, super pleasant and helpful as was everyone we interacted with at this hotel. They are so warm and hospitable. The hotel itself is incredibly well kept, great value, lots of amenities. I highly recommend. Their air conditioning system is crisp and amazing, and we loved going to breakfast every morning. Best hotel I've stayed at overseas.
