Incredibly friendly and beautiful B & B with glorious views. Even in Easter the smells and sounds were glorious. If visiting in Summer they might be overwhelming..
This property in definitely in top 3 from all the properties we have ever stayed in Italy (and we visited the whole country). The room was spacious, clean, well kept and had a beautiful view of the small city from nearby. The design of the room is stunning. The breakfast was the most delicious of all the breakfasts we have ever had in our trips through Europe. We had our dinners in Montepulciano Terme and it was just a 10 minutes ride by car. The pool area was really nice, we felt a bit sad that we only had one full day at the pool. Luciano is a great host, he definitely knows how to be a great host. Florence, Pisa and Lucca are very close by car. We really want to come back here in the future. We loved it
