B&B Hotel Madrid Getafe

I strongly recommend staying in B&B Getafe Hotel since it only offers what is needed without unnecessary fancy restaurants or wellness. It is very suitable for business purposes when you only want to have space to work, coffee and good night sleep. I had to take my little son with me and he also received perfect space, food, tea and sleep in baby cot. Only two minor issues came to my mind. I missed some small fitness room (I understand it was there previously, but was cancelled) and some vegetables for breakfast (tomatoes and cucumbers instead of donuts since sweet pastry was truly sufficiently covered).

I had an unpleasant experience during my stay. There was a group of asian tourists who were speaking loudly after 22:00, drinking alcohol and smoking in their room with doors open (this hotel is suppose to be smoke free) As a result, the smoke drifted into my room as well. I called the reception, but unfortunately, they didn’t take any action. I was the only one trying to solve the problem and ended up being the one to suggest moving to another room. Feeling safe and comfortable is essential for every guest and I didn’t get this feeling at all. I was given another room, but unfortunately, it was right in front of the elevator. Every morning, I was woken up early by the loud noise of the elevator and guests heading to breakfast. So, as you can guess, there’s no proper soundproofing in the hotel.

The room was too hot to be able to sleep well, and you can easily hear noise from other rooms and the hallway. Breakfast was low quality and bland. I would not stay here again or recommend it.
