The hotel is very easy to reach from Malpensa Airport. It’s situated near a major metro hub, so you can get to any part of Milan quickly and easily from here. The hotel is clean and tasteful, and I find the price-to-value ratio excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful.
The room is lovely, pretty spacious and clean. The receptionist is exceptional! So friendly and helpful ☺️ We also love the breakfast, many options from pastry, fruits, cereal to coffee. Location is also strategic, located near metro. Would love to stay here again next time!
Absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Do NOT be fooled by the photos – they are completely fake or taken 10 years ago. The place looks NOTHING like the pictures. It’s dirty, old, depressing, and honestly felt unsafe. The rooms were disgusting, the smell was unbearable, and everything was falling apart. This is not just false advertising – this is fraud. I felt completely scammed. I wouldn’t stay here again if they paid me. It ruined my trip and gave me nothing but stress and disappointment. Avoid this place like the plague. It’s a complete disaster. Whoever manages this hotel should be ashamed.
