Disgusting smell of mold or fungus from curtains, furniture. Small insects travel on the wet wall. AC has not been cleaned for 2 years or so. No cleaning under bed for year or so. Really not healthy environment. Service is ok, reception not very good in English but trying to help. So if you need cheap option maybe you'll be lucky with room.

This hotel used to be my family's choice each time we visited Nha Trang and it may be the last time we stay here if the management is not improved. Early 2024, this hotel was sold to a new owner and operated by totally new staffs who have zero skill in hospitality, especially the receptionist. All are so rude and unfriendly. A lot of new "rules" were created by the new management team, meaning that under the new owner's mind, any guest attempts to be thieves or destruct the hotel facility. That's why they ask for keeping the guests' ID card (no law allows the property owner to keep others' ID card actually) or paying an amount of deposit as an guarantee. They don't trust the guests although the guests did trust this hotel and prepaid the full amount of room rate weeks before we arrive. On the other hand, the hotel is located in an alley. There's no free parking in the hotel. We have to park in the beachside park near by with parking fee was almost one-third of the room rate. As a result, anyone want to book this hotel should accumulate 120,000 VND (equivalent to 5 USD) of parking fee.
