The room was big enough for 5 people, the beds were comfy and the room was cleaned every day. Fluffy mattresses, pillows and cool blankets. The location of the hotel overall was good, you just needed a car for it - 1 hour until Milano, not even 10 minutes to the city, different restaurants and stores. And near the hotel, there was a big mall as well. The staff was friendly, communicative, tried to talk in English as best as they could too. Most of them knew English though. The breakfast was delicious as well, and not as complicated.
Absolutely exceptional stay! From the warm welcome to the stunning views of the Tuscan hills, every detail was perfect. Our room was elegant, spotlessly clean, and filled with authentic Italian charm. The bar is the best！
I arrived from Barcelona argue losing my bags and Luca was fantastic in his reception of my and my family. He was kind and generous and super understanding with tips of things to do in the city and so much more. Awesome awesome stay. And special thank you to Luca for how he treated us. Thank you.
