When I went inside the hotel, I first met a maid with silver hair, she was really nice and fast. Then before I got to my room, I came across this girl with a light blue hair with someone with a yellow haired girl. The hotel is really comfortable, the small staffs are really good at serving! And that’s all I can say! 10/10!
Was taken here for the night after our flight was canceled in Florence. It is an hour from the Bologna airport. It is definitely not a 4 star hotel. There was obvious water damage in places , rooms could be repainted , carpet very old. It was clean and the hair dryer worked .
I didn’t sleep well because it took the a/c all night to cool the room down from 27 Celsius to 22 Celsius. Also, I didn’t eat well because we were given only antipasti and primi for dinner. Maybe the problem was that I was booked into the hotel by Lufthansa due to a cancelled flight from Bologna airport. In any case, the hotel is clean and its staff is polite and helpful where they can.
