Clean and spacious room within 5 minutes of a metro station.
I had a very good experience at BB Hotels Aparthotel Arcimboldi. The rooms and living areas were spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. From check-in to check-out, the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. We arrived late at night around 11 PM and checked out early at 4:30 AM, and despite not meeting any staff in person, everything was well arranged. Special thanks to the staff for helping us get the keys during non-working hours and making the checkout peaceful. However, I’d like to mention a couple of points for improvement. One issue we faced was with the main entrance—although we had the key, we couldn’t open the hotel door because it was locked from the inside by someone else. Fortunately, a colleague who had checked in earlier helped us, otherwise we might have been stuck outside in the cold. Also, one of the two bathrooms in our apartment didn’t have a lock, which was slightly inconvenient. Other than that, it was a pleasant and budget-friendly stay. I would recommend this place for its comfort, convenience, and value.
Our stay was between 13.12.2024.-15.12.2024 (2 nights) in a room for 6 people, but we actually stayed only 1 night. We were really disappointed, because the heating was not working and we were freezing in the room. In the second day we mentioned the problem in the reception several times, but nothing happened, they only offered blankets (without covers!!). The receptionist was not helpful at all, after I went down the reception 10th time he offered to call maintenence finally, however in the whole day we got told that it is working perfectly fine and we are the ones who checks it in the wrong times, because it is centalised (how is that even possible when we were at the room the whole day and we checked it like every 10 minutes?) When the maintenence guy came he confirmed that we were right, he was trying to do something about it for about 2 hours, but we ended up leaving the property just because the heaing was only a little bit warmer then it was before, so we decided we won't be freezing for another night. In the whole time we got a sorry only once which is unacceptable. The receptionist wasn't hepful at all, moreover he were disrespectful and very unpatient. I wrote a comlain about the whole situation to the management and I asked for a refund, of ourse I didn't get it, becase they said "our staff did everything possible to try to solve a problem that initially did not exist. In fact, as reiterated by the reception staff present that day, the heating worked very well. Our staff nevertheless contacted our technician, who arrived at times when the heating was not on and had to make some changes to carry out the appropriate checks, which led to the temporary blocking of the system, which was then successfully restored. Unfortunately, you always checked only at times when the fan coils were not on. As for the behavior of our staff, we assure you that they are always available, patient and respectful with all guests, even when the guests themselves are not respectful with them."
