One of the best price efficient places in Milan. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff helps with the luggage at check-in. The public transport is very close.
Currently staying in this lovely accommodation and it’s our second night. These are the problems we’ve had in only 2 nights staying. 1. Toilet doesn’t work on arrival. No immediate room to move to and has to wait for a plumber to fix our toilet while we were napping in the room from trans Atlantic jet lag. 2. Hot water gone after 10 minutes of use. 8 out of our 10 guests in 2 separate rooms had to take cold showers. 3. Power went out in the middle of the night flickering off and on with no help or solutions in site. 4. The desk service likes to watch while you melt outside before letting you in as there is a buzzer required for entry. Book at your own risk
