The girl at the reception was extremely nice and offered to let us check in early free of charge since our room was ready. The room was very spacious and spotless. Everything felt very clean and the kitchen was fully equipped for anyone to cook. Also, just a 20 minute walk to duomo!
Family of four! We stayed at the first floor. The room was very spacious and organized! The mattresses were very comfortable. The neighborhood was very nice and safe. Very easy transportation to duomo by tram in only 10 minutes ride. The tram station was outside the hotel. Enzo at the reception was very helpful. The hotel is quiet but there is a lack of sound insulation between the rooms. Also you can hear a little bit the tram. Overall totally recommended!!!
Broken air conditioner and absolutely no WiFi now but even when it was working it was too weak to do anything. Do not stay here if you need to work.
