The apartment was better in real than in photos! Was well equipped, warm, stylish, with all the amenities (like in 4-5 star hotel), cozy. The bed - extra comfortable! The area is very beautiful and it’s not far away from the center. We have appreciated the fact that they have the Reception working till 6 PM and that we were able to deposit our bags there for the day.

Beautiful place and we were happy checking in. However, the password given to us for the main gate was incorrect. We were stranded outside for 30 mins trying to seek help to get into the apartment after dinner. Luckily someone stayed in the same apartment helped us otherwise we would have to look alternative place to stay for a night till we can get help in the morning.

The worst experience I ever had in my life. We arrived at 6pm, the reception never showed up for check in and never leaved any messages. (We already paid around 600 euros) We waited for about 3 hours, messaged their instagram DM, also called agoda contact center & their official number ect but never showed up. This BB ruined our honeymoon leaving us outside front door(37 c degree) It’s been more than 4 hours, still we can not contact them. If you don’t want to waste your time on the road, visit 3~6 PM or you will never get a chance to stay. They are very lazy and unresponsible to their paid guests. I hope they can give me free refund at least. I think me and my wife deserve more than that. I think they should at least leave a message how to check in when the reception is not able to welcome their guests. +) It’s been a few days passed, still they never contacted us. Worst of worst.
