Most importantly it is clean. They clean daily. In our experience here, the biggest problem was the weird smell coming from somewhere around the kitchen every night. I don't know what was it, and i checked everywhere, probably from the piping. Only ONE elevator, and the building has like 8 or 9 floors, so there is always a waiting time if you are on the upper floors like we were. It is approximately a 10 mins walk from the metro station. It is next to a roundabout that s quite sketchy at night. But there is a Carrefour 24/7 at a 5 min walking distance

The hotel was a little bit messy and the staff annoyed me so much because we paid the cleaning service, but they didn't clean our room( we stayed 2 nights). The advantages are that next to the hotel there is a very good restaurant and a metro station to go around the city.

After fighting with booking for almost half a year for a refund (which I didn't get because the accomodation do not respond to booking refund notices) I've decided to write. Great place but the Staff and the management is rubbish. I've spent 2 days out of 3 without water in my room. Neither in the shower nor in the toilet. I can understand that there was malfunction (the street collapsed) but it is unimaginable to spend 2 entire days without water in a room. In a situatuon like that I asked for cancellation and full immedieate refund so I could find a different accomodation but the lady at the reception pretended not being able to speak English (which is a lie because the day before she spoke perfect English). All she did was smiling. I asked for botteled water so I could at least brush my teeth and she expected me to pay for it. The management didn't respond to a complaint. Also my room was cleaned even though I ASKED TWICE not to do it. There are better places.
