I just called the owner for information on the structure and the stay. On Booking it said free booking, the gentleman in offensive tones and calling me a child, told me to send the 20% deposit. He got angry because I told him that the information on Booking is not true, given that on the site there is free cancellation and he instead asks for a 20% deposit. the kind elderly gentleman offended me and hung up the phone in my face.
Very rude and arrogant owner! I cannot make any type of assessment as I have canceled the manager's ignorance
