Room smelled so bad of cigarettes, bathroom had bugs and smelled so disgusting. terrible service in the restaurant. Food was mid. Parking is a nightmare. No WiFi. Location is so loud. The window blinds didn’t close. Bed was comfy I’ll give it that.
I stayed at the hotel for two days surprisingly I was staying with as MOUSE INSIDE MY ROOM!!! And when I told them about it they didn’t believe me so I took a video and showed them and requested for a refund but they refused it saying that I made the reservation by booking so there’s no refund which it doesn’t make any sense!!! And the staff is very rude
The hotel was unclean, and the air conditioning didn't work. Disappointing stay overall.
