Beautiful hotel and wonderful helpful staff. Added bonus was being able to open the door between rooms as we had two booked. Hourly shuttle bus to Alona beach area. There is a beach but not for normal swimming. My only downside was not enough parasols by main pool; although we got one each day and no spa. Smokers can only smoke in car park and strictly nowhere else ( level balcony). Would return in a minute.

Rooms were lovely, big bed and heaps of space either a balcony. Breakfast was varied and yummy but nothing outstanding. Only two of the 5 restaurants were open leaving little choice, and out of that the service was slow - waited 30 minutes for a coke and mango shake when we were the only ones there and 45 minutes for one fried rice to have the second one come out 15 minutes after that like seriously??? Otherwise fine, dirty and need touching up but good for the price.

We booked this hotel based on good ratings for our family of four. From the start, issues piled up: the room key didn’t work, the “suite room ” had one king bed and a sofa, and converting the sofa gave only one small bed for two kids. Extra bed don’t arrive after 2 hours ,no cleaning next day, they forget the bed and only two towels for four people. After moving to another room, we still got only hand towels for two. Breakfast drama too – they tried to charge for kids until we proved it was included. We came to relax, not argue at reception. Very disappointing and not worth the hassle.
