Be Live Adults Only Tenerife

This is my favorite hotel in Puerto de la Cruz. Great location next to bus exchange, hyper dino, walking distance to beach. And ADULT ONLY! No screaming kids, pool usually empty or just a couple of people. Fantastic breakfast and dinner with huge selection and friendly staff. And in the evening there are some music or events daily. If you are Lucky you can meet Michael Jackson :-) I love this hotel!

Very nice and helpful staff, the hotel looks really worn out but the rooms are really clean. The pool looks nice but we didn't use it. Only two elevators in operation and stucked on some floor every day. Wifi signal good everywhere. Probably expected little bit more from photos and 4* hotel.

I was really looking forward to staying at Be Live Adults Only Tenerife, but unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming. The food was very disappointing—repetitive every day and not up to a decent standard. I found it quite unappetizing. The cleanliness of the room also left much to be desired. It didn’t feel properly cleaned during our stay, which made it uncomfortable. Left tip (5-7euro)each time to get a decent clean but I didn't even get mopped floors. Beside making beds and removing old towels you don't get vacuuming, dusting, nothing. Had 2 massive spider webs on the ceiling and was still there after 3 times cleaned. On top of that, the hotel itself feels outdated and in need of serious renovation. It could be a lovely place with the right improvements, but sadly, it did not live up to expectations. All inclusive guest receive cocktails from dispenser, colourless, flavourless and no decoration. Paid ones are in glass container and decorated
