The hotel location is excellent. Located on the coast, a minute's walk from the beach and well connected to the center of Palma by bus. Classic hotel breakfast with a very good selection of food. Around the hotel there is an excellent selection of restaurants with several types of national cuisines. The hotel staff was friendly and always available.
I had a wonderful vacation at Hotel Ne Live Experience! The service was excellent, and the entire team made our stay unforgettable. A special thank you to the amazing animation team especially Fairouz and Doha at the Kids Club for their kindness, energy, and the fun activities they organized. The shows were also fantastic! Can’t wait to come back!
We stayed at Be Live Experience Costa Palma and had a mixed but overall decent experience. Our original room was very small, but thanks to the kind help of Valeria at the front desk, we received an upgrade—which made a big difference. The hotel itself is quite basic and a bit dated, not it is clean and the stunning sea view from our room truly made up for it. Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful, though we found the restaurant staff less welcoming. Breakfast was simple but sufficient. A good stay if you’re looking for a nice location and great views.
