If you are on a budget, this is the hotel for you. It was all perfectly clean, rooms are a decent size, we paid a bit extra for an ocean view. Most of the staff were friendly and professional. The pool is small, but adequate. We booked for breakfasts. There was a good variety of options, but some of the foods were obviously for quantity rather than quality. The salami in particular was not great. Think Spanish version of luncheon meat. But, the yogurts, fruits and pastries, were all good, and there was also usual Brit breakfast Fayre available, bacon, eggs, etc. The hotel is a little dated, and there were a few maintenance issues in our room. The air con needed to be fixed (the maintenance guy fixed it by superglue a part on) the lock in our safe needed to be replaced as it wouldn't lock. All sorted out very quickly. We didn't go near the balcony rail whilst sat outside, as it was not solid, and locked as if it had been patched into the wall rather than secured, and there was daylight under the brackets that were meant to be holding it in place. All in all, a decent, budget hotel.

I would like to thank the Manager at reception for good customer service and an enjoyable first impression of the hotel when we checked in. He was really helpful throughout our stay and was great with problem solving, communication and understanding. However, there was a group of six of us and we struggled to find something enjoyable at the ‘All inclusive’ buffet. We ended up eating Fast food and going out to other restaurants which made us spend more money than intended to. Before your arrival at the buffet, you come upon a sign that states that you are not allowed to wear a vest at dinner, which I thought that it’d be an overall rule for men and women- in fact I was wrong. The receptionist herself was wearing a vest (unprofessionalism) and let women into the diner with vest tops and crop tops. I was denied entry and questioned why this is, and they said ‘your arms have to be covered, it’s company policy’. So I argued my point in which this rule comes across as sexist and exclusive as the women were showing more skin, stomach, tits and arms. Furthermore the bar staff were quite rude and the only interactive and entertaining was Niko. Moreover, this was also the same case with the Room service Manager. One of our friends couldn’t find his trainers and looked in all of our rooms to make sure. He had put them in an open Duty Free bag, in a back pack. The Manager at reception referred us to the Room service Manager which had a poor attitude to dealing with the situation, with no regard to the situation and decided to then strip all of our suit cases leaving an unpleasant mess in two rooms, stripped our beds etc, forgetting to tidy the mess too. In result, no solution and just note from the reception that this is a regular occurrence and to call the police. Additionally, one of us paid for a sea-view room as extra also had beg bugs and also a broken shower. They got moved to a floor above which had rock hard mattresses and the toilet in the bathroom was tucked in a corner next to the bathroom sink which was uncomfortable sit. This made their sea- view experience unpleasant. I personally enjoyed the hotel other than most of the poor attitude from staff and issues that happened. I found that the hotel was a little out dated and needed a bit of maintenance.
