Wonderful family hotel in a great location. As a family of four we’ve stayed in many family rooms in Pigalle or Montmartre, and this was our best yet. Reception and cleaning staff were all lovely and really helpful, the room was massive for Paris and really well equipped, luggage storage was great, and everything was right on the doorstop whilst still never feeling too loud. Great hotel and lovely people…..we will be back!!! :-)
The hotel is of very good quality. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff is incredibly friendly. Fabio, in particular, provided us with great help. When the lift was broken for a while, he offered to let us stay in the room until it was repaired. This is the level of service you can expect here. The only downside is the complicated neighborhood, but it is manageable.
A 3 Star at best, dirty and grimy. This place also rents out themed sex rooms and a jacuzzi by the hour. The staff cover this up and say these rooms are elsewhere. May suit some people but we couldn't wait to leave.
