Bea Suites Luxury Rooms

Excellent value. Great host. Clean, tidy, well presented and amusingly decorated. Great place to crash in Rome. It's not the Ritz but nor are the prices. Very user friendly.

Really nice experience!! Comfortable and clean room, safe place and not far from the rome termini, and the staff are really kind and helpful!!

They advertise their rooms on their website as "every room has a private balcony". This is not true. My room solely had a window facing a busy road with massive traffic. Also, they claim guests will be provided with bathrobes. I had no either. On a big booking site they advertise their establishment as airport transfer is being provided. I booked one at the relevant rate after getting in touch with them via email. Was picked up at the airport. Driver did not know Bea Luxury Suites. Was 1st time he drove there and only with help of his route planer on his mobile. Means there is no shuttle. They just call some taxi cab. Once we arrived he did not know where it is. Neither me. As at the given address there is neither a house number - fell off the wall some time ago and was never replaced - nor any sign hinting on Bea Luxury Suites. Waited outside, called the number from the confirmed (!) booking email - booking was made on Bea Luxury Suites website directly -, was told on the other end they do not have a any booking from me. They do not know me either. Taxi driver had left by then. There I was in some dark street in the night in Rome, 5 degree outside being told they do not know me.... .After many calls later someone came from around the street, showed me where it is and let me in. Please note that the establishment does not have any reception. So you are inside an unsupervised kind of guesthouse. Anything may happen at night or day and you will not have anyone to speak to. With regard to reviews praising the breakfast: There is dry toast bread you may put into a toaster. One jam and one Hazelnut spread. Two sorts of ordinary cake. Coffee. One sort of yoghurt. Two sorts of Cereals. Cold milk. Was unable to find out how to warm the milk. Neither was there any microwave nor snyone to speak to as you are - as mentioned above - absolutely on your own. There was some outdated kind of metal appliance with a rusty bottom inside. Are guests expected to warm up their milk inside of it? Likely it will remain a mistery. One star as you cannot give Zero. And a second star for the cleaner who came in when I left after one night. At least she was polite and put a smile on my face.
