Beach Aparthotel Salt Lake

the location and the furniture is nice, but the hygiene is terrible. we had to ask for new sheets and towels. they offered just to mop the floor. no vacuum or anything. sope or anything like that was missing.also just one row of toilet paper was in the room. there were stains on the mattresses and dirt under the furniture. The wi fi was fast the air conditioning was nice and there was some cooking utilities available, but that was mostly it. I wouldnt recomend it to a friend if they dont manage the hygiene better

Even 1 star for this hotel is too much Only the location is very good - very close to the beach - everything else is just terrible unfortunately. The rooms are very dirty I asked for clean towels 3days after we checked in and they said that they don't have. For the toilet paper as well..they charged us with 55eur per night for 2 adults and 1 kid and we got anything - ever we did not have any cutlery in the kitchen. The bed was very uncomfortable also. Also when you choose the name of the hotel - the location is totally different When you choose the real address - yes the hotel is there but not with the real name

Terrible hygiene. The sheets and towels that were in the room were stained and dirty. The beds uncontrollable. The bathroom was dirty and really smelly. There was no soap provided. It was advertised that the room has a balcony with a sea view - it wasn't even close. They didn't give us a password for the WiFi, which was also said to be free - the router itself was hanging from the wall on its power cord. The air conditioner was leaking, which was "fixed" by placing an empty soda bottle underneath it.... How this place received 3 stars is beyond me - I would not go back there nor would I recommend it to anyone. Simply terrible.
