Куди вже більше знищити рейтинг ? Проте хочу поділитись своїм досвідом . Забронювала на Букінг номер в цьому клубі 4 ночі - 14000 грн Отримала підтвердження броні . А через 2 місяця отримала від клубу листа, щоб я скасувала бронь так як сума некоректна і складає 9500 грн за добу 🤣 і це лише номер - без обідів та вечерь . Ви реально? Це дно в сервісі да і в іншому теж

The sunbeds on the sand that the girl recommended are the same as a free dirty and smelly beach, tattered towels and dirty mattresses on the sunbeds! Low umbrellas, why are you walking half-bent! Having seen all this for 1000 UAH for a family, they were horrified and returned to pay extra and take sunbeds by the pool, to which they received the answer NO exchange! Pay another 1600 and come back for a new one! After the scandal began, we were finally moved to the pool, where in fact it was no better! Everyone is huddled on top of each other, very crowded! It was written in the brochure that there would be children's animators! They weren't there!!! Foam party - for some reason that didn’t happen either! But by 17 pm 95 percent of the visitors were drunk in the city.... I definitely don’t recommend it! Run past this place!

I will probably not choose this place for rest again. The service has deteriorated significantly. The wait for barbecue is more than an hour instead of the stated 20 minutes. Someone else's order was partially brought. The draft drink was brought in one glass for two. It's just horrible. Hotel customers are served extremely rudely
