Perdido Reality is who we book through, excellent agency. They answer the phone and are very knowledgeable plus helpful about the units they rent. Beach Colony Resort, this is our 3rd year in a row staying there. Need I say more. Very modern, up to date, and clean. Love the location! Quiet, not crowded yet close to stores and great local restaurants. Highly recommend!

My Mom has stayed here several times and booked 2 weeks for our family to come stay in intervals in early June! We all had an amazing time. The condo was large and clean, with most of the things we needed. The staff is friendly and helpful. Ppl complain about the elevators but they are just fine. Slow down and enjoy! The beach area was spotless and even has spray hoses to get sand off your feet before finishing the short walk back to the building. The pool was peaceful and clean. Everything was really perfect. From parking to hauling luggage with their provided carts to amenities and accommodations. We will be back and will choose this same resort!

We planned a great week long vacation. The location was great. However, the rooms ALL had roaches. Kitchen, all 3 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. It was horrible. The toilet seat in main bath is horrible too. Was told they would replace it, but they lied. Sinks wouldnt drain. I included pics. The on property supervisor accused us of being "drunk" and when we said we are Christians and dont drink he said "hooray, I'm Christian too. Don't mean a thing". We were just floored over his unprofessional demeanor and he said "your just angry" but we just wanted something done, we didnt yell or say mean things. I said after his 2 accusations that the call had gotten very unprofessional and he then hung up on us. At $1400 plus for 4 days, we expected more and you should too. We had planned this all yr. What a disappointing experience. Booked with airbnb, and they took us through Vacasa. Man so rude was from Vacasa. Wont go there again. Next time we will book in Pensacola.
