Beach Hotel Du Lac

What a place and what a nice hotel. From the check-in and until we left, everything seemed perfect. We had the superior room with lake view, and what a view - my wife - actually shed a tear when she saw it. The location of the hotel could not be better - right next to the lake, with its own private area and lounge chairs. The hotel restaurant serves good food with professional service, and the waiter/s are very professional and good at keeping a relaxed and calm atmosphere while it captivates visitors with its stunning view of the Lake Garda. It is located in Malcesine with only a 10-minute walk on the beach promenade to the city center. We were greeted at the reception with kindness and got all the information we needed for an excellent stay. The hotel offers private parking for free and you can choose whatever space is available. I could keep on going with positive things to say about this place. This is definitely a "hidden" pearl and can only give it my highest heartfelt recommendation. Loved It! The only downside with such a good review is that I will probably find it more difficult to get a room the next time I want to visit.

We stayed here for 4 nights in May 2025. There were 3 generations of us and we were delighted with the service. Our youngest member of the family (8mo baby) was the star of the show and adored by all the staff. Fantastic location on the beachfront - a very pleasant 15min walk into Malcesine and we enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle of the town. The only improvement I could suggest was the room decor, it was a little dated but the rooms were still very comfortable with good amenities. Would definitely return for a future stay if we come back to Lake Garda and would recommend it to other guests.

I paid amost 500€ to this hotel for a booking to an account they gave me and after that they didnt answer my emails neither my telephone calls and their Web is not working. so I dont know if it is a fraud since I have been 5 days trying to contact them and nobody answer. by email they told me that I have to confirm my booking and pay urgently and when I paid, they dissapeared. . for the New guests, take care before sending money
