The Fort Lauderdale Hilton Beach House is truly a gem on the beachfront! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and effortlessly relaxing. The service here is top-tier, but what really makes the experience unforgettable are the people. Byron, Mario, and Andre went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. Whether it was setting up our chairs in the best spot, checking in to make sure we had fresh drinks, or simply making us laugh and feel at home, they made the day absolutely flawless. Their professionalism, friendliness, and genuine care for guests set a whole new standard for beach service. If you’re in Fort Lauderdale, this is the place to be! Five stars all the way!
Best bang for your buck. The rooms are clean and spacious. The pool is amazing and has 2 Jacuzzis. The outdoor pool bar is a bit pricey but the drinks are well made. Hotel has a Cafe, and restaurant attached. S3 restaurant is phenomenal with a great atmosphere.
Main Review: The service didn’t feel genuine — it was clear that making money was the only priority. That’s fine, but don’t waste my time pretending you actually care about guests. For example, parking costs $60 per night. When I asked staff about cheaper alternatives, they said nothing — even though there are plenty of parking options within a mile. That’s not just unhelpful, it’s misleading. The room itself was old, but it had the best view. For the right price, I would come again — I just wouldn’t waste my time dealing with the staff. --- Response to Hilton’s Reply: I wish that were the case! Here’s another example of where your service falls short: I went to use the beach chairs, but the staff on the beach weren’t ready yet. Some chairs were already set up, so I politely asked if I could place my things on one while they finished preparing. Instead of being welcoming, they told me “we’re not open.” When I explained I’d just like to set my things down, the attendant put on his headphones and ignored me — even though they were already late in setting up. That is simply rude. What’s even more disappointing is that your response defends the situation instead of acknowledging the problem and showing a commitment to improving. That attitude is exactly why service is lacking. I have attached a photo of the other hotels having their umbrellas up while Hilton is still not ready and that after my swim. That said staff at the pool and room service were great, so maybe I had bad luck!
