Beach Rotana

Excellent service and a beautifully designed hotel. The pool is massive and even has a bar, so you can sip a drink while you’re still in the water — big plus. The private beach is clean, peaceful, and well maintained. Rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and come with balconies, which is a nice touch. Would’ve been great to have a bathtub, though. Shoutout to the receptionist/guest service manager who upgraded me to a top-floor room with a lovely view — much appreciated. In-room dining was quick, the food was great, and overall service was on point. Overall: 9/10. Would definitely stay again.

I recently stayed at this hotel, we were supposed to stay 1 night but plans changed and had to extend for another day. May who is the receptionist who assisted me was amazing. Her warm smile, professional attitude, and genuine care for guests truly stood out. What impressed me the most was how attentive and accommodating May was, she took the time to answer all my questions. To top it off, she kindly offered me a special discount on my stay, which was a wonderful surprise and very much appreciated! It’s rare to come across someone who goes above and beyond like May does. She made my visit feel personal and comfortable, and I can confidently say her service turned a good stay into a great one. The hotel itself is clean, well-located, and offers great amenities, but May’s exceptional hospitality truly made the difference.

I recently stayed at the Beach Rotana Hotel in Abu Dhabi, and it met and at times exceeded all expectations. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff throughout the hotel were consistently professional, friendly, and accommodating. The location is very convenient, right in the heart of the city with direct access to the beach and direct connection to the Abu Dhabi Mall. The rooms are spacious and clean, offering stunning views of the waterfront. Staff is very accommodating and helpful, doing all their best to help the guests. We were celebrating a birthday and they were helping with the cake and restaurant arrangements, especially Mia. One of the standout features is the variety of restaurants on-site, catering to all tastes with delicious and high-quality cuisine. I especially enjoyed the outdoor dining options with relaxing sea views. The breakfast buffet was also impressive, with a wide selection of international dishes. The pool and beach area were perfect for unwinding, and the fitness center and spa were well-maintained and offered great facilities. Whether you're in Abu Dhabi for business or leisure, Beach Rotana strikes the perfect balance between luxury and comfort. I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.
