Love this place. It's located right across the street from John's pass; you can walk across to food, shopping, and entertainment. If I'm going on vacation to the beach, then I want to be on the beach, not the intercoastal. I've been coming here for years. They have made terrific improvements since the weather damage last year

We've been staying at Surf Song for several years now, and I truly love this place. It's an older building but has been fairly well-maintained. I've been told that the units vary widely in terms of decor and updates, although I've only stayed in one unit. We met a condo owner during our recent stay that was in process of completing total updates to their two units. The pool deck has been completely updated since the hurricane, and during my stay there were tiki tables being completed as well. Truly, this is an older property that has been maintained but varies in terms of the rooms. If you're looking for a place to sleep at night while enjoying the beach and amenities at John's Pass, I highly recommend. The location and beach can't be beat!

Outdated nothing works including the staff. AC broke Friday night flight was on Sunday morning had to leave and get a hotel due to the 90 degree heat. This is Florida I would sit on a bucket but the AC is a must. Don’t stay here pay for somewhere better up front.
