Beaches Turks & Caicos All Inclusive

I’ve visited 4 times and each time we fall in love and plan our next visit. The service is amazing… the entertainment team is absolutely fantastic and ensures everyone is having a great time. The shows are very well produced. The talent is exceptional… Isidro, Mariela, Eric, Yenifer, Andys, and Katherine get a special shout out for their outstanding service and attention. The butler service is excellent and Junior and Sasha are hands down the BEST!!! My kids adore them and they always make our stay extra special. 10 out of 10!!!

We recently returned from a stay at Beaches Turks & Caicos, and I can’t say enough about what a wonderful and meaningful experience it was for our family — especially for our non-verbal autistic son. What sets Beaches apart is more than just its beautiful beaches and luxurious amenities — it’s their genuine commitment to inclusion. As a Certified Autism Center, their staff, including specially trained nannies and Kids Camp team members, truly understand how to support children with autism and other sensory sensitivities. From the moment we arrived, we felt at ease. Upon checking in one of the supervisors Dannia met us and checked on us daily. The staff took the time to get to know our son’s needs and preferences, and they showed patience, understanding, and compassion in every interaction. It gave us, as parents, the rare opportunity to relax and truly enjoy the vacation, knowing he was in safe and caring hands. The resort itself is stunning — crystal-clear water, soft white sand, and endless activities for kids and adults alike. But what made this trip so special was feeling welcomed, supported, and understood as a family traveling with a child with special needs. We’re incredibly grateful to Beaches Turks & Caicos for creating such a safe and joyful environment. We’re already planning our return trip — this time with even more confidence and excitement.

8/18/2025 Dear Customer Service Team, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding my recent experience with my trip to Turks and Caicos, which was marred by unexpected complications. As a loyal member of Sandals/Beaches, I have always appreciated the quality of service and accommodations provided, making this experience all the more disappointing. Upon arriving at the airport for my scheduled flight, I was informed that my flight had been canceled due to a hurricane forecast impacting the Turks and Caicos Islands. I promptly contacted Beaches customer service to notify them of this unfortunate situation. Given the circumstances, I was willing to extend my stay by an additional day to compensate for the inconvenience caused by the disrupted weather. However, I was disheartened by the lack of consideration and support regarding my accommodation. It is important to note that this trip was not canceled due to personal negligence or health issues; rather, it was a direct result of unforeseen weather conditions. As such, I believe a partial refund for the night I was unable to check in would be a fair resolution to this matter. I sincerely hope that you can understand my frustration and disappointment in this situation. I have always valued the high standards of service from Beaches Resorts, and I trust that my request will be taken into consideration. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
