Beachhotel Cuxhaven

Absolutely wonderful hotel right along the beach of Cuxhaven. Family run and meticulous attention to the comfort of their guests and cater to special dietary needs etc. Very comfortable beds, diverse organic breakfast buffet and evening lounge. All the staff is welcoming and friendly! Definitely recommend this boutique hotel for a relaxing time enjoying the beauty of the North Sea. Easy access to restaurants German, Greek, Italian, and a bakery etc!

Welcoming hospitality The Cuxhaven Beachhotel is family run, and this was reflected in every aspect of our stay there. From the warm reception, to the attentive and friendly service at breakfast, or at the bar. And you can get tips for all kinds of activities and sights to see. Catering is a wide variety of Continental and full British breakfasts, up to and including all vegan alternatives. Emphasis is laid on organic, local produce. The bar offers an expansive card of wines, beers, cocktails and spirits. The rooms are not overly large, but very well furnished, clean & tidy, inviting. Beds are super comfy, and several pillow sizes are on offer. The rooms are not carpeted, something I particularly appreciate. Overall, the hotel is decorated with eye-catchers and objects-d’art, making it quite the adventure to discover. The hotel is situated right at the beach, the entire area has virtually no traffic, so you are assured peace and quiet.

We spent 3 nights at this lovely hotel and had a great time! The rooms were very comfortable and our hosts were super kind and friendly. The location was top - right at the beach, restaurants within walking distance, trekking starts right in front of the door. We will come back when we make another holiday in Sahlenburg!
