I stayed here with my partner for a week and really enjoyed it. The rooms were large, clean and comfortable. The kitchenette had everything we needed. The staff were accommodating and friendly. Central location, only a 10 minute walk into the CBD. Could not hear the other units at all, but is close to the main road as expected.
Our room was lovely and clean, beautiful bathrooms with great water pressure. Our bed was comfy and had everything we needed. Staff were friendly and daily room service was always completed at midday. The only negative was our room was right on the roadside and the traffic was noisy during the night, it was hard to drown out to get to sleep, other than that the room was fabulous!!!
Not entirely their fault - We were out of NZ and had our flights cancelled/heavily delayed and Air eventually sorted our accomodation in Auckland. Gave these guys a call to hopefully get some compassion and a minimal cancelation fee - got told no and still charged us the night. I get you're a business that is trying to make some money, which we were happy to have a small fee charged but the night charge even after plenty of hours notice is compassionless and compassion goes a long way. Will not be ever staying here in the future nor will our friend circle/colleagues.
