Beamish Hall Hotel BW Premier Collection

Wow I do love this hotel! The standard room was fine foe my friend and I for a mud week visit to the area. The beds were very comfortable. The food in the Stables restaurant was very good quality and tasty. The floral displays around the hotel grounds were stunning. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Beamish Hall Hotel really is the perfect place for a wedding. The grounds and gardens are simply beautiful and very well looked after. They are a fabulous background for wedding photos. The hall itself is grand, luxurious and furbished to a very high standard, with the design of each room downstairs making it ideal as a wedding venue – from the dining room to the spacious room for the evening event to all the spaces in between, such as the reception and bar areas. The guest rooms were immaculately clean and spacious. The mattress was very comfortable, and both the bathroom furnishings and the bedroom furniture were of a high quality. There is plenty of space for parking. Every single member of staff was friendly, welcoming, well trained and very professional. The whole place is clearly very well managed, with exceptional customer service and satisfaction being uppermost in the managers’ and staff’s minds. This was evident in many ‘small’ details, such as the system the waiting staff had at the wedding banquet for ensuring we each received the food we had ordered many weeks before, even though our individual choices were not printed on our name cards on the dining tables. The food was beautifully presented and tasted delicious – both at the wedding banquet itself and the next day at breakfast. My niece got married there last weekend. The whole setting was stunning and the customer service was exceptional. I would certainly not hesitate to recommend Beamish Hall Hotel as a wedding venue or for other such events. An added bonus is that the hotel is close to Beamish Museum. Many wedding guests enjoyed a fun day out there the day after the wedding.

From the very beginning when choosing the venue on February 14, 2024 to the end of the night on our wedding day on July 12, 2025–everything was seamless. We want to give a huge shoutout to Lauren, Dean, Helen, and all of the Beamish Staff for making our day unforgettable and so perfect. We live in Dallas, TX, and it was no easy thing to plan a full English Wedding from afar; however, the team made it so much easier. I was able to visit twice to England before we got married. The grounds are perfectly kept with seasonal flowers, the staff is SO responsive answering every minute detailed question I had any hour of the day despite the time change. A few weeks before the wedding, Dean met with us on zoom and made sure we had every detail accounted for. On the actual day of the wedding, the team—Dean, Tony, and Annabelle—made sure we well taken care of! We really appreciate the level of care and effort in making our day so great. We are forever thankful and grateful we chose this venue. It was worth every penny. From the decor, to the food, to the management—to beyond, we can’t rate this venue highly enough.
