The place is very close to train station. Just few minutes. The place is very neat. We reached there by 3am, the manager was there and he was very polite and helpful. Got rooms with view towards train station which my kid loved. Room was very spacious with kettle available. The bathroom was neat as well. The room service food and the spread of complementary breakfast had varieties and the taste was best. They had spa, gift shops but don't remember of their other facilities. My kid loved this place. If looking for budget accommodation then this is not for you. But if you are looking for accommodation worth the money this place is a best option

Rooms are spacious, bathrooms are good and clean. Variety in food and the quality of food is also good. Pleasant and peaceful stay. The staff is helpful and the service is as per your need. The hotel is worth the price as compared to the other hotels. You'll enjoy your stay.

It is a four star hotel with easy accessibility. Located near to Ernakulam South Station. Swimming pool with separate pools for adults and children available. Rooms are maintained neat and clean. All basic amenities are provided including safe, mini bar, coffee maker. A/c is excellent. Complimentary fruits are supplied. Buffet breakfast had many varieties. On the negative side, the carpet in the corridor are stained and looked unpleasant and the reception staff are not courteous enough.
